3. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We are particularly interested in:

  • Which features of the APP are used?

  • How long and how often is the APP used?

  • Which operating system/version/devices are used?

  • In which countries is the APP used?

We assure you that we do not use any personal data. Data is considered "personal" when it can be clearly assigned to a specific natural person or can at least be indirectly associated with that person.

4. WHY DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION?
The information we gather helps us optimize our marketing activities and tailor the APP to your needs while continuously improving it.

5. HOW DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION?
Like many other apps and websites, the APP uses Google Analytics. We are therefore obliged to adhere to the terms and conditions for Google Analytics. [Link]​
5.1. Google Analytics
The APP uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service from Google Inc. ("Google"), to analyze your use of the application. This information about your use of the APP (including your anonymized IP address) is transmitted to a server operated by Google in the USA and stored there.

Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the APP and compile reports on the use of the APP for the manufacturer (MFT Bodyteamwork GmbH). Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. In no case will Google link your IP address with other Google data. By using the APP, you consent to the processing of your data collected by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above.

In light of the discussion regarding the use of analytical tools with complete IP addresses, we would like to point out that the APP uses Google Analytics with the extension _anonymizeIp() and thus only processes IP addresses in a shortened form to exclude direct personal reference.

6. CONSENT TO DATA COLLECTION
In accordance with the GDPR, the user must actively consent to the use of the anonymized collection by Google Analytics via "Opt-In" upon the first start of the app. This consent can be revoked at any time later.
